Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Directions:

  1. Season the bite-sized steak pieces with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
