- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the jerk seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, olive oil, and fresh lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste, then rub them generously with the marinade, ensuring that they are evenly coated on all sides.
- If grilling, place the salmon fillets directly on the grill grates and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- If baking, place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill or oven and transfer to a serving platter.
- Garnish the Jerk Lemon Pepper Salmon with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley, if desired.
