Instructions:

Making the Meatballs
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined, then shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Cooking the Meatballs
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
