We used this recipe camping, and it was great after a long hike! Instead of biscuts, we used sourdough rolls and cut out the centers to make bread bowls. Yum! Very good. Very good. I made it at home in an iron skillet and placed drop biscuits on top and then finished off in the oven to ensure browning. Will definitely make again!

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (I used 80/20)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 can (15.25oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen tater tots (I used Ore-Ida Crispy Crowns)
