Ingredients:
For the Strawberry Bombs:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies, for coating (optional)
For Garnish (optional):
- Fresh mint leaves
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Strawberries
- Wash the strawberries under cold running water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Using a small paring knife, carefully hull each strawberry by cutting out the green stem and creating a hollow cavity in the center. Be careful not to cut all the way through the bottom of the strawberry.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
