Get the cauliflower ready.
Chop the cauliflower into small pieces.
Cook the cauliflower: Put a lot of water in a big pot and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Put the cauliflower pieces in the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
Chill the Cauliflower: Get a bowl of cold water with ice. Move the boiled cauliflower to the cold water to stop it from cooking further. Remove excess liquid.
Get the eggs and tomatoes ready.
Whisk the eggs: In a bowl, whisk the 3 eggs.
Tomato Cutting: Cut the 2 tomatoes.
Cook the cauliflower in a pan with oil.
Warm up some vegetable oil in a big pan on medium heat.
Cook the cauliflower: Put the cauliflower pieces in the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until they turn golden brown on one side.
Prepare the sauce:
Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine sour cream with black pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
Mix the ingredients together and then pour them over the cauliflower in the pan. Put the chopped tomatoes and sliced green onions. Cook over low heat for around 15 minutes until the sauce mixes well and the cauliflower absorbs the flavor.
Wait on tables.
Serve the dish: Allow the cauliflower to cool a bit. Add some fresh herbs on top if you like and then serve.
