Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, mix the buffalo sauce, melted butter, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the buffalo-lemon sauce mixture until fully coated.
- Serve the wings hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
