Buffalo Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  4. While the wings are baking, mix the buffalo sauce, melted butter, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  5. Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the buffalo-lemon sauce mixture until fully coated.
  6. Serve the wings hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
