Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
Instructions:
Preparing the Groundwork
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef, cooking until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Drain any excess grease from the skillet before proceeding.
Crafting the Creamy Base
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup, condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended and smooth.
